This notice is provided pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") and covers the personal data processed through the website golfclubalbisola.it.
During normal operation, the website's IT systems acquire certain data whose transmission is inherent in the use of the Internet: IP addresses, access times, pages visited, browser and device information. This data is collected in server logs by our hosting provider (SiteGround) and is used solely to ensure the proper functioning and security of the website. Legal basis: legitimate interest of the Controller (Art. 6.1.f GDPR). Retention: according to the hosting provider's technical terms.
By subscribing to the newsletter through the form on the website, your email address is processed to send you updates on competitions, events and club news. The service is managed through Mailchimp (Intuit Inc., USA); data transfers to the United States take place under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR). You may withdraw your consent at any time via the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email, or by writing to segreteria@golfclubalbisola.it. Retention: until consent is withdrawn.
Data entered in the website's forms (for example the Junior Team registration form: name, contact details, child's age) is used solely to respond to the request and manage the registration. For children under 14, registration must be completed by a parent or guardian. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject's request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR). Retention: for the time needed to handle the request and, in the event of registration, for the duration of the membership.
Data may be processed by technical service providers acting as data processors (SiteGround hosting, Mailchimp platform) and is neither disseminated nor sold to third parties for commercial purposes.
Under Articles 15-22 GDPR you have the right to access your data, and to obtain its rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, as well as to object to processing and to withdraw your consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal). If you believe the processing infringes the law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
